Sites built to be found and to convert

WordPress builds, migrations, speed work and the ongoing care that stops a site quietly rotting. We build the kind of site we would want to run campaigns against.

In short

What a 622 website project includes

We build, rebuild and look after WordPress websites for businesses and organisations that need their site to bring in enquiries, sales or donations. Every build comes with analytics, structured data and redirects planned from the start, a layout your team can edit, and before-and-after speed figures, so the site is ready for search, AI answers and advertising from launch day.

Platform

WordPress, built on a design system your team can edit

Typical timeline

Six to eight weeks for a five to ten page site

Migrations

A tested redirect map, content checks and a full crawl before and after

Aftercare

Updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small monthly changes

A slow site costs more than patience

Every second of load time costs conversions, and Core Web Vitals feed into how you rank. Most underperforming sites are not badly designed. They are carrying years of plugins, page builder bloat and images nobody ever resized.

What we actually do

New builds

WordPress, built on a design system rather than a pile of one-off pages, with schema and analytics in place before launch rather than bolted on after.

Rebuilds and migrations

Moving platform or rebuilding without losing rankings. Redirect mapping, content parity checks, and a full crawl before and after.

Speed and Core Web Vitals

Measured, fixed, measured again. We publish the before and after numbers rather than claiming an improvement.

Care and maintenance

Updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a person to call. Small monthly changes without a quote for every one.

What you get

A build on a stack your team can edit without calling us for every change.

Structured data and analytics configured before launch, not afterwards.

A documented redirect map on any migration, tested for chains and loops.

Before and after performance numbers you can put in front of a board.

How it works

From brief to a site that earns its keep

01

Discovery

What the site has to do, who it is for, and what on the current site is worth keeping, including the pages that already rank.

02

Content and structure

Page plan, copy and redirects agreed before the build, because content and sign-off are what usually hold a project up.

03

Build and test

Built on a design system with schema, analytics and consent in place, then tested on real phones and checked for speed.

04

Launch and care

Redirects live, search engines told, before-and-after numbers shared, then ongoing care if you want it.

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

Your site is slow, hard to edit or older than 2022. You are about to spend on ads or SEO and the site would let it down. Or you are moving platform and cannot afford to lose your rankings.

Probably not yet if

The site is fairly new and mostly works. A speed and conversion fix may do more than a rebuild, for far less, and we will tell you so.

Questions people ask

How long does a website take?

A five to ten page site is typically six to eight weeks. The long pole is almost always content and sign-off rather than build time.

Will we lose our rankings if we rebuild?

Not if the migration is done properly. Rankings dip briefly and recover. Losing them permanently is a redirect failure, and redirect failures are avoidable.

Can we edit it ourselves?

Yes. That is a build requirement from the start, not something considered at the end.

Do you host?

We work with your host or recommend one. We would rather you owned the hosting relationship than rented it from us.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of page types, the content, and anything the site has to connect to, such as donations, bookings or a CRM. Tell us what the site needs to do and we will give you a number rather than a range.

Why WordPress?

It runs a large share of the web, your team can edit it without a developer, and there is no lock-in: you can take the site to another agency or host whenever you like. We keep plugins to a minimum so it stays fast and secure.

What are Core Web Vitals?

Google's measures of how a page feels to use: how quickly the main content appears (Largest Contentful Paint), how quickly the page responds to a tap or click (Interaction to Next Paint), and how much the layout jumps while loading (Cumulative Layout Shift). They feed into rankings and, more importantly, into whether visitors stay.

Do you work alongside other developers?

Yes. We often sit on the client's side of a build, writing specs, content and SEO briefs for another developer and checking what comes back, as we do for Visit Pembrokeshire's 2,300-page website.

Is your site older than 2022?

If it has not been rebuilt since then it is probably costing you conversions and rankings. We will tell you whether it needs a rebuild or just a fix.
