Content that does a job

Social media, email, and the calendar behind them. Planned, produced and reported on every month. The original 622 offer, productised so it runs without eating your week.

In short

What social media management from 622 includes

Social media management is planning, making, posting and reporting on content across the channels your customers use. We run it as a monthly system: a calendar agreed before the month starts, content produced in batches, posting and community management handled, and one report linking social and email to the website visits and enquiries they bring.

Channels

Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, plus email campaigns and automated sequences

Your time

About an hour a month for approvals, plus any raw material you want to share

Your accounts

Always yours. We work through partner access, never your logins

Reporting

One monthly report across social, email and the site traffic they produced

Posting is not a strategy

Most small business social fails for one reason. Posting is a decision made several times a week, and it loses to whatever else is urgent. The fix is a system: defined content pillars, a calendar agreed in advance, and a batching rhythm that turns nine decisions a week into two a month.

What we actually do

Strategy and pillars

A defined mix of content types with a reason behind each one, so the calendar writes itself instead of starting blank every month.

Content production

Copy, graphics and short video, produced in batches and scheduled ahead rather than scrambled together on the day.

Channel management

Publishing, community management, and the reactive posts that stop a feed reading like a press release.

Email

Campaigns and automated sequences, reported against the same numbers as everything else rather than in their own silo.

What you get

A monthly content calendar, approved before the month starts.

Posts produced, scheduled and published across the channels worth being on.

Email campaigns written and sent, with lists kept clean.

One monthly report covering social, email and the site traffic they produced.

How it works

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

Your channels go quiet whenever you get busy. You post but cannot say what it brings in. Or you have stories worth telling and nobody with the time to tell them.

Probably not yet if

You need leads next week. Social builds over months; paid ads are the quicker lever, and we can run both together.

Questions people ask

How much of our time does this take?

About an hour a month for approvals, plus whatever raw material you want to give us. The point of the system is that it runs without you.

Do we need to be on every platform?

No, and you should not try. We would rather do two channels properly than five badly, and we will tell you which two.

Who owns the accounts?

You do, always. We work through partner access and never by holding your logins.

What if we already post ourselves?

Then you probably need the calendar and the batching system more than you need us posting. We can build the plan and leave the execution with you.

How often should a business post on social media?

Often enough to be consistent, and no more than you can keep good. For most small businesses that means a few planned posts a week on one or two channels, plus stories. Showing up steadily for months matters more than volume in any one week.

Which social platform is best for B2B?

Usually LinkedIn, because that is where buyers' job titles and companies are. Instagram and Facebook still work for B2B brands with a visual product or a local audience. We will tell you which two channels are worth your time.

Can social media bring in leads?

Yes, though rarely on its own. Social builds familiarity, so people recognise you when they search or see an ad. We track the visits and enquiries it sends to your site, so you can see its share honestly.

Do you run paid social as well?

Yes. Organic content and paid ads on Meta and LinkedIn work best when they are planned together. See paid media for how we run the ads.

Tired of the calendar being empty?

Tell us what you sell and who buys it, and we will come back with a month of content mapped out.
