How it went

The starting point

A well-loved destination with an established following. Big accounts rarely stall overnight; they drift, as posting turns into habit and the content stops earning its place in the feed.

What we did

A planned calendar, produced and reported on every month, with each month's report shaping the next month's plan. Posting is a decision, not a routine, so every post had to have a reason to be there.

What changed

Views over the year passed 10.1 million, peaking in April, and September 2026 alone brought 821,048. Followers grew by almost 5,000 in twelve months, on an account that was already large. LinkedIn grew by a third over two years.
